RPM Pizza, LLC, an independent franchisee of Domino’s Pizza stores violated the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act by sending unsolicited pre-recorded phone message advertisements, “Robo-Calls.”

Toni Spillman brought suit on behalf of the group of people receiving a “robo-call” between May 20, 2006 and May 20, 2010. Parties agreed to a Settlement, avoiding costs and risks of a trial and compensating the Class Members now instead of in several years. The settlement pool is up to $9,750,000.

To get a cash payment or merchandise voucher you must be eligible and you must submit a Claim Form by July 23, 2013.
