Odors in Henrico County traced to East End Landfill

We had previously blogged that the Virginia DEQ was going to investigate the source of rotten egg odors that were affecting over 1000 homes.

The Richmond Times Dispatch that the stench of rotten eggs were the landfill odors of hydrogen sulfide, and they came from the East End Landfill. Officials do state that while the levels are not dangerous to human health, “odors can make people sick even when they are not being exposed to the chemicals.”

While we do not represent anyone in Henrico County, Virginia, we represent hundreds of similarly situated people in the United States in various landfill litigation. To find out if The Simon Law Firm can help with an environmental lawsuit, contact environmental lawyer Todd Hageman.
