Officials attempt to fix odor problem in Orange County, Florida

By February 22, 2016August 6th, 2022No Comments

We previously blogged residents in Orange County, Fla., have been complaining about foul odors on their properties since March, 2005. Fox 35 now reports the managers recently met with about 50 residents to update them on their efforts to control the odors. Unfortunately they also stated they can’t guarantee their efforts will control the odors.

While I currently do not represent anyone at this site, Florida attorney Zak Johnson and I are currently representing more than 300 residents in Pensacola, Fla., in an odor nuisance suit against the Rolling Hills Landfill. I have represented more than 1,000 similarly situated people around the country in various odor nuisance and landfill litigation. To find out how The Simon Law Firm, P.C. can help, contact environmental attorney Todd Hagema.
