Anheuser family heirs hit with $56M verdict over Kirkwood energy company
Simon Law attorneys Jer Nixon and Tony Simon secured a $56 million verdict on behalf of more than 400 InnerPoint Energy investors. The case uncovered an alleged scheme in which company insiders and Anheuser-Busch family descendants hid the rising value of a Michigan energy asset while telling shareholders the company was insolvent.
