Bret Sullivan’s journey toward a career in the legal field began in his teenage years when he watched his sister and family go through a child custody case. He watched the nervous chatter and worried looks among his family members soften whenever his sister’s attorney would return their calls or walk into the courtroom as they were on the edge of their seats. In those moments, he knew he wanted to be that kind of advocate for others someday.
He is now a member of Simon Law’s Business and IP Litigation team. Bret’s meticulous attention to detail makes him a dedicated advocate for people and businesses that have been wronged by the actions of others. He is committed to providing his clients with the results and guidance they deserve and is not afraid to go up against even the largest corporations.
He also has a background in serious injury and death cases stemming from auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability, and premises liability.
Bret earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History, as well as a Certificate in American Constitutional Democracy at Mizzou. He earned his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, while focusing on gaining practical experience through SLU’s moot court and trial advocacy programs.
He has built his career as a plaintiff’s attorney, helping clients navigate the legal system and recover from their losses.
