- Creative Internet Advertising Corp. v. Yahoo! Inc. (E.D. TX): $13 million verdict and judgment, including a royalty rate of 20% and an ongoing royalty rate of 23%.
Breach of Contract Case
- Simulvision Cable Systems, et al. v. Seven Trails West, LLC, et al: $1,675,000 judgment
Qui Tam/Whistleblower Matter
- United States of America, ex rel. Donna Chronister v. Progressive Pain Management, P.C. and Dr. Nehal P. Modh, M.D., et al (E.D. MO): Dr. Nehal Modh and his company falsely billed Medicare and Missouri Medicaid. $1.2 Million Civil Settlement. We represented the Relator, Donna Chronister, who received close to $180,000 in the settlement.
