Jared Waldhoff is a committed advocate of individuals and small businesses who have been harmed by the conduct of others. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Jared worked as a legal clerk at The Simon Law Firm, P.C. while attending law school at Saint Louis University (SLU) School of Law. Jared focuses his practice on a wide array of cases involving personal injury, trucking/auto accidents, wrongful death, defective products and product liability claims, medical malpractice, and business litigation. Dedicated to his clients, Jared brings a relentless work ethic and persistent determination to every case he handles. He is always ready and willing to bring the story of his clients to a jury and will not back down from even the largest defendants.
Legal Education & Background
Jared earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. While at Southeast, Jared was a member of the baseball team and served as the Governance Coordinator for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee. Upon graduation, he served as the Assistant Director of Compliance at Southeast Missouri State University for several years before attending law school.
Jared obtained his J.D. from Saint Louis University, where he focused on civil litigation and discovered a passion for the courtroom. While at SLU, Jared was a member of the trial competition team and trial advocacy programs.
