Jeremiah (Jer) W. Nixon

Biography

Jeremiah (Jer) Nixon’s practice focuses on business litigation, class actions, antitrust, & intellectual property litigation. He is a dedicated trial lawyer who has litigated against some of the largest companies in the world. At Simon Law he represents businesses, individuals, and other entities in high-stakes litigation.

Jer’s experience sets him apart as a trial-ready litigator capable of handling complex litigation matters. He began his career at one of the largest law firms in the St. Louis area. While there, he was a member of the firm’s business litigation practice group and represented a wide range of clients—as both plaintiffs and defendants. He then served as a prosecutor in the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office where he regularly tried cases in front of juries and achieved successful resolutions. And most recently, Jer worked at a complex litigation firm in Chicago. While there, he achieved exceptional results for clients, including the largest ever settlement in a class action under the California Invasion of Privacy Act.

In 2025, Jer was recognized as an Up & Coming Attorney by Missouri Lawyers Media. He also served as co-counsel on the third highest verdict in the state of Missouri in 2025.
