Whippet Addiction

Initial Questionnaire

According to SAMHSA, more than 22 million Americans age 12 and older have used inhalants. Every year new users add 750,000 more to this already staggering number.  Many of these users were teenagers and children, lured in by peer pressure and addiction.

One popular inhalant nitrous oxide or laughing gas, known as “Whippets” is familiar to most, and popular among inhalant users. Major distributors of nitrous oxide chargers, or Whippets, have sought to wrongfully take advantage of this illicit market by selling nitrous oxide to stores they know, or should know, are selling nitrous oxide for inhalation and recreational use, such as smoke shops and head shops.  Major distributors of Whip-It! or Whippets know the potential for harm that may come to consumers as a result of their sales to head shops and smoke shops, but choose to make such sales anyway.  Major distributors have found a loophole that allows them to make money while engaging in what can only be fairly be called drug dealing, preying on those who have an addiction to their nitrous products.

The Simon Law Firm, P.C. seeks to hold those companies who seek to turn profit at the expense of our community and the health of consumers.  If you, a loved one or friend have suffered from nitrous oxide or whippets, contact us today for a free consultation.
