As featured by The Tomah Journal, on January 28, 2016, a jury rendered a verdict of $2.5 million to John Mundo, in the case of John Mundo, et al. v. Mathy Construction Company, et al., in Monroe County Circuit Court, Case No. 13-CV-185.
On September 28, 2012, Mundo’s daughter, Melissa, was struck and killed by a truck driven by an employee of Mathy Construction Company on Highway 173 in Monroe County, Wis.
